hey guys, im lookin to start a lean bulker in a few months and ideally id like to run test/eq/masteron or something like that but im worried about the hair loss and other DHT side effects from the masteron. and EQ is turning out to be quite expensive. especially since i've always heard that EQ needs to be run at least 600mg a week for 12+ weeks which would be around 4 vials for me. just to clear things up, this is not my first cycle, i've run 5 or so cycles with test prop and test c, and on my last cycle last year i stacked test c with EQ. what should i stack test with?

A good thought YnJ. Or..Test E along with Deca and maybe Dbol for a kicker. Of course...as for lean bulking...this may not be one of the better choices but..if you adjust your diet that will help a lot.

Bingo. Diet is numero one. The test may add a little water (depending if that's a side you're susceptible to) but there are things to take for that.
If you really want a lean bulker, my buddies would say "try tren." I haven't yet so I can't speak from experience, but my buddies all love it and swear by its fat burning/muscle building abilities. I'm on the Test C/EQ right now and to be honest, I thought EQ would've had a LOT more to offer (I'm only in week 7 though, so I guess I should reserve judgment until I'm done).... I wish I had a whole bunch of Tbol lying around. Anyway, if you want a lean bulker and not like you don't know it already, just make sure your diet and cardio are on point and you'll be fine. |

Tren is a great AAS for lean gains and strength, but if your prone to MPB dont use. Tren doesnt convert to DHT, but its potent enough by itself to cause hair loss.

yeah i also considered tren but i've also heard about some serious pyschological problems caused by tren and kidney issues. however, im not completely ruling it out, every compound is going to have some side effects. for some reason i do tend to retain water when im on test so i will probably take arimidex to help prevent some of the bloat brought on by estrogen. and im also fully aware that diet, cardio, and the type of training you do is the main reason for the type of gains you get while your on cycle. i think i may just stick to test, however, i haven't read much on tbol, what is that like?
about your EQ cycle traffic, when i took EQ i didnt notice much either but thats bc i only took 400mg EW and for only 12 weeks. however, after some more reading ive found that ppl find better results at 600mg EW and start noticing more vascularity at around week 10 so thats maybe why you havent seen any gains yet. if i were to run EQ again id run it @ 600mg for 16+ weeks along with a test base of course. oh also, im 5'8'' generally sit around 196 lbs in the mornings, and roughly 16% body fat. with this cycle i plan on making lean gains and maybe towards the end turn up the cardio and see how lean i can get, i've never been rock hard and i want to see how ripped i can get because i am considering competing in the future. thanks for your advice bros |

oops i hit the wrong button, i meant to say im at 13% bf, not much of a difference though. yeah i might try tbol and test for awhile. whats your recommended dosage for tbol for a first time user.

I'm running the EQ at 600 mg/wk so I think you're right about it being too soon to really see any effects.
About the tbol, I ran it at 60 mg/day. I had great luck with it.... it was like the less athletic "special in his own way" brother of the all-american wrestler. I made solid, maintainable gains without any real water retention and had rock hard muscles (and almost a six pack, mind you); that was a great cycle... If, I mean when, I run Tbol again I will run it at 80 mg/day to see how it goes. I can say, though, beware of dehydration with tbol; i was getting muscle cramps all the time early on before I figured out what was going on. |
