ok for those of u who dont read my threads or posts, i am a former college football player, always been a big boy, however..........im not naturally a big dude. i was always lanky up until i was 20-21 and i started filling out. went from 215 to 275 in 3 years of college football, from a tweener DE/OLB to a lean offensive tackle...............my problem is winter time when my metabolism slows down to a halt and i get fat, then all of a sudden around march my metabolism starts to pick up again and i drop 50-60 pounds every summer to get into my "season" body of 265-270 at 10-12%. ...........so comes the question, i took t-3 and clen when i was cutting summer after summer, do u think my bodies thyroid levels are fucked or do u think its just natural that people get that fat in winter.........keep in mind im a skinny 275 at 6'4, i wear 36 inch pants when im out of shape and 32-34s when im lean..........do u think i should go see a endo? or get my levels checked? because last time i went in my temp was 2 degrees lower than normal 96.9 degrees, but i also had the flu, lol..................i guess my point is im tired of getting fat in winter and ripped in summer, and having to deal with feeling insecure and depressed because i look like shit around xmas.................

Def get it checked. only way is data. Let me tell you that even an endo wouldn't answer that question without data. So any answer you get is otherwise isn't anything more than a guess one way or the other, both without substance.

i was 6'3 190 in HS as a freshmen, always a meso, but i get lazy from time to time and cant seem to figure out what it comes from. it doesnt seem to matter if im extremely active or sedentary, i get this really bad lethargy, and now im starting to wonder if the cycles with high dose gear and thyroid hormone may have fucked me up permanently, cuz i eventually wanna have kids when im older. i kno my test levels are fucked, but could that be the main reason for the problem? because i started tightening up almost immediately after i started even the mildest of gear(low dose anavar). that was back in march and now im about eh 8 weeks away from 6 pack at what now.......270ish at 6'4..........my point is this doesnt seem natural. im naturally tall, dark and handsome and that shit kills my fuckin EGO when i get fatty in winter time. ..............on a side note, my mom said my dad had the same issue and when he played his season(professional soccer in europe) he would lose 40 pounds easily by the time training camp ended........do u think certain genetics are just predisposed to storing fat in winter for cold(im from northern europe) and shedding the "layers" come summer for harvest on the farm(im a farmers son)...............

bro i have had this lethargy problem myself. Can't explain. Remember a couple months ago when I got my blood checked out, it was all good, they gave me no explanation, except for that when I got mono in late highschool, that I developed chronic fatigue syndrome. lol, its a syndrome thats all hypothetical and no studies find any deficiencies in hormones or vitamins, and minerals. I don't know I think its all bs, just like 99% of bi polar cases they diagnose where they have NO REAL explanation for a problem, so they put it under one of their "umbrella policies" where they say oh you have this, which means take this, and it should work, if it doesn't we'll give you this, and this, ALL BULL IMO most of the time. Their guess is just as good as ours. Sorry i guess that was just a little vent.
Anyways, Def get checked, it will at the very least give you peace of mind like it gave me. Now at least I know there is nothing wrong. Sometimes when I am lethargic I feel really lazy and become very hard myself, and especially my physique. I f'ed up though, i didn't know they were going to test as much of blood as they did, and my test levels came back through the roof so now I'll still have to get it checked one more time a couple months after cycle to see where they are. and screw the gh and clen, get a gastric bypass! hahhaha jk

There are some studies that have shown that male and female hormones do increase in the warmer months due to more sunlight directly on the head- however bro- I have to say that I think your diet is where the key is.
You tell me are you eating the same or differently during those months?

Clen kills cardiac cells.. potentially lol. And GH is made by the body natty, but can cause tumor growth to expand lol.
Your correct somewhat but your extrapolating a little. No biggie. Get the bloodwork done either way if you got the cash or insur. Ever do t3? whats the response? Also exogenous T is different from endo-T which we make 24/7. The only way to make it level is pinning like every hr. When guys use 1g+/wk and only pin 2x/wk thats when I feel they're going to see diff from normal. The half-life is relative, we could use a quarter, 1/8, or 1/200th-life as well. The moment its in the specimen it starts to drop, and when it hits 1/2 we call that the half-life. So if its run with TE @ 1g/wk your going to be dropping somewhere like 200+ between pins if done 2x/wk. That can effect things if you adapt fast to what your doing. The other thing is that Thy can have tons of effects on literally EVERYTHING. Incl your gains. You need it and this is where I suspect is your problem. But like I said even the endo will not diagnose off of a guess. Get data. |
