Default ? about Clen/T3 and intense cardio.

First and foremost, yes I have done research. Yes, I am alittle parnoid, yes this ? has been asked before. Ok now with my ignorance out of the way. I would like some updated opinions from members in here.

I am starting a t3/clen cycle. I know to stay on t3 8 weeks on and clen to cycle every 2 weeks off an on. (I know the theory of using benadryl to clean your receptors and the claims you can stay on for 4-6 weeks I dont want to even pretend to go that route) This will be my first time on either of these. I heard conflicting reports to either start at 20 mcg or 40 mcg per day for the clen.

Now here is my delima, i did not expect to be called up to the Fire Academy so soon. Usually its a 2 year waiting list. I got called up in 2 weeks. I start August 18th. The Fire Academy is like Boot Camp, for 3 straight months from 8:00am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday.
So my questions

A) I have my Physical on the 20th will this hender my performance at all? As I will start my cycle next week.

B) What do you feel from experiance would be a good amount of either of these for a proper cycle while I am going threw the academy.

C) Will this effect my cardio at all?

Sorry brother's for a repeat question just need some assurance and suggestions. Thank you!!

If you are going to be doing intense cardio five days a week for three months for like 8 hours a day....what the hell do you need t3 and clen for? Take your early call up as a blessing and wait to run the t3/clen until after. More than likely you will cramp up all the time on those two regardless of the other supps you take because you will not be able to take in sufficient fluids while in camp.

Trust me, if you eat right there will be no need to run t3/clen while being that active for 3 months. Just keep your protein intake really high so you don't lose too much muscle.

If you still choose to do the cycle, I wouldn't go very high with dosages.

I looked at this at the right time I was just thinking about trying them both for the 1st time. And I do cardio 4 times a week. (kickboxing and or grappling) Do they make cardio that much harder and how are bad are the cramps

TAURINE WILL HELP SOME WITH CRAMPS, BUT IF RUNNING OR HAVE TO HAVE WIND FOR A FIGHT, I'D ADVISE AGAINST IT UNLESS YOU ARE WELL VERSED IN USING IT IN SUCH ACTIVITIES.

Taurine does help, but I still get cramps. And I can't be eating plums, and bananas and other fruit for more potassium because I can't be taking in that extra sugar now, and potassium supplements suck, unless they are iv. And I don't want anything to do with that.
