Default Need recs. for a good protein powder of something

of that nature cause i dont like meat and generally go for carbs. After a year of on and off phen, I'm skinny fat, I mean I've lost a lot of muscle. I need to really get my glutes and thighs up to par in less than a month. Any supplements and exercises you could rec. also?

I like ON Whey myself. Not as much protein and a bit more carbs but the taste is good!

As for glute/ quad work...walking lunges with DB's....abductor/ adductors...ball squats (use the one you do ab work or stabilizer work between your back and the wall and squat rolling the ball up and down your back for support and form) if you don't use any weights while squatting. Just to name a few.

Good Advice here. However if you really want to attack those glutes you got to hit those squats. It doesn't have to be a whole lot of weight, just go deep. The deeper you sit in the squat the more you hit the glutes and hams.

For the quads, I recommended using the hack squat machine with a shorter ROM with lots of rep to really get those quads burning.

And as Anyone mentioned, the lunges. The postion of yor body will determine which muscles are hit harder. The farther you lean forward the more you hit quads. The more you lean back the more the glutes are targeted.

Partial sumo dead lifts (wide stance) with lots of reps is great to for what your trying to achieve aswell.

Note, if your still doing cardio I recommended stairmaster from now on. That will really tighten up that lower body, esp the booty.

Anyone1 mentioned a good protien that is decent for the $. It taste great with a couple pack of splenda. I'd also look into ONs casien aswell. I like doing a 50/50 mix if using it as a meal.

good ideas guys, i have a few more. most women want a flat stomach, nice legs, toned arms and tight butt, however they tend to get a little tooooo carried away at first leading to failure. the key to any program is consistency, and if u start out too dramatic u will fizzle out girl.

what i told my female clients was........eat ur 3 meals of the day and make em urself. make it simple......have some cheerios with ff milk in the morning with a banana or oj.......for lunch have a BIG salad with lots of yummy veggies(lol, u can sense im used to talking to female clients, .....) and dont worry about the dressing.......or get those 5 dollar footlongs from subway, any kind u want........eat half of the footlong for lunch and save it for dinner on a day ur too "tired" to cook something......wink wink(yes i hear that line from my gfs all the time, lol).......for dinner again.....make it simple......i used to cook dinner for my girl because she was reading to her son during that time.......i always made chicken breast and pasta, however, u can have pasta with just about anything in it, just stick to whole wheat variety, u can pick it up cheap at trader joes or whole foods................and lastly........CARDIO!!!!!! hit the elliptical, treadmill on a incline, stationary bike, swimming.........u get the idea. lol!

just make it simple for urself girlie, i think ur worried its gunna take a lot of "work" and it really isnt. many girls dont realize if they are just active everyday they will tone up extremely fast. they dont eat many cals so their metabolisms are slower. since u cant really "add" anything with women like u can with guys in fear of ur metabolism crashing to a hault, u gotta hit that cardio long and moderate intensity and do it everyday

For me..I tend to lean more to the belief that you eat more often and balance out your cals. I go with 5 - 7 meals a day spread out about 2.5 hrs apart. You can gain or lose if you chose your diet properly...that and you never go hungry.
