Hi, sorry if I should do a board search on this stuff first, just don't have a lot of time today. Anyway, mostly over at least the past 7 to 8 years I have been steady exercising. Mostly weights but also periods of intense cardio. I can honestly say I have always worked sets to complete exhaustion. Realize too that I have fibromyalgia so I never feel good or energized but still have MADE myself workout. Being a natural pear shape, I shutter to think what I would look like without all those squats, lunges, step-ups, ect. Since my lower body was always a problem I have only recently starting upper body training, mostly push-ups.
Genetics, suck of course. I am 5'5 about 125 pds, very small ribcage and just got implants so I am about a 32dd. Sounds big but my posture is not the greatest (what exercises will help that?) and my hips are about 37 inches around so I don't look at all overdone but like a little more evened out. My implants are not the first thing anyone notices unless I am wearing like a spandex shirt or something (LOL). I am 34, gravity is my main problem, my butt just doesn't want to stay high no matter what I do anymore. Also I have an appetite like a horse and mostly just for sweets and pay the price everytime. It is so hard to stay thin, I literally have to be a little hungry all the time if I want to lose/maintain a certain weight. That gets old to and leads to binges. I got sick of it and over the past year have started using Phen for weightloss. It definitely helps but over time, even that seems to loose some effectiveness. I also realize I am definitely losing muscle as well as fat. So here goes with the questions:1. Clen, as a weightloss agent? First, I heard it makes you feel terrible and it makes you hungry. So I don't get why people use it. 2. Which one will only burn brown fat cells, is it clen, t-3, or albuterol? 3. Would like to start low dose Var since I have heard it is good for women, but I am wondering what it exactly it does for your body? 4. How important is protein, I hate meat and eggs? 5. GH is short for growth hormone, right? Is this an AAS and what does it do for you? Keep in mind, I don't like the 0% body fat and real vascular look. I just want a nice figure with good muscle tone. After all these years I have realized I just don't have the time to spend hours and hours working out to exhaustion and that is what it takes and then some (like really good genes). If I take a little time off the my thighs and butt start to show it immediately. So, I certainly feel I have put my time and extreme energy into this and just had a "revelation" one day that it takes more, I am starting to believe you have to take some sort of AAS, its like a necessity, at least for me. I really feel like I am cheating by asking about taking AAS though. But, part of it is hubby just divorced me and remarried (he said our sex life was horrible). So self esteem is a little low right now but I am not doing this for a man. I have been doing this for years anyway. I do it for myself cause I am the one that has to look in the mirror everyday and live with what I see. Sorry for writing a 'book' but I really can't find many sites like this one, where people know their stuff and know where to buy it, or are at least willing to tell. Any input would be greatly appreciated, many thanks. Last edited by sugarluv : 07-07-2008 at 03:45 PM. Reason: Will probably consider lipo on lower body one day and see if that takes care of most of my issues. |

sounds like what you dislike the most is whats going to be where you need to spend time working on. DIET. Clen, var, gh, and the rest will not be your saving grace because you will just put it back on in the long run and will yo-yo back and forth. After 7-8 yrs you would need prob self-control and you will be fine.

What sounds like BS? Actually my diet isn't that bad, I just hate meat and eggs so I am having a problem w/getting protein. I am pretty sure most on this board are using something and the popular things I keep hearing about are clen, var, gh, T-3. Is it a sin to ask for some information about these? Or did I just post in the wrong area. Maybe there is a forum devoted strictly to information on AAS and I just haven't found it yet. Also, I think building muscle is never a bad thing, you will maintain some of the muscle mass for years and muscle does have a memory. One thing I have heard about Var is that you keep most of your gains. It bugs me when people use AAS and then discourage you from it. I don't get it. I can just about guarantee you that women have to work twice as hard as men to acheive a sculpted look. I just expected some friendly posts. If you dont know the answer to my questions then don't reply please.

Mr. Quazi,
WOW! You are a reminder of just how bad this world has gotten. What makes you think I would post pictures of my body to any stranger who asked? I can guarantee you I look better than the average 34 year old but I dont need you critiquing my figure anyway. I dont know you and I am sure most of the women dont come on here for your viewing pleasure. What does that have to do with asking for some information about Var, Clen, T-3 and GH? I simply asked for some information about those particular items, so if you dont know the answer to my questions or don't have anything nice to say then please dont respond. |

Easy there, its not that serious.
JD did give you some solid advice in making sure your diet is in check. Your statement about not getting enough protein is somewhat of a red flag. If you feel it is in check and wish to proceed with supplementation then ok. As for the "bs", I was just teasing you to see if you'd post pics. Read the below, your words, and its not hard to figure out why..... ![]() Quote:
As for your questions, yes people here do use supplements, however, we consider it to be the icing on the cake so to speak, and therefore encourage all other facets of this lifestyle to be in place before proceeding with the supplementation. With all that said, here are a few answers to your questions, in the order theat I think they apply to you. Protein is very important! Understanding a good diet as a whole is more important than all the other stuff you've asked. For YOU, all the drugs in the world wont get you the results you desire without proper caloric and macro-nutrient intake. Some people like clen, some people dont. Personally I'd recommend you try an ECA stack 1st and see how that works for you, its obtainable otc. Anavar is a mild steroid that will increase muscle mass especially in women, but you should make yourself aware of the side effects of female hormone use, before you decide to try it. GH is growth hormone, it is not a steroid but rather an amino-acid sequence, which may have some positive anabolic and fat loss effects, especially for you. But it is not cheap nor easy to obtain, and some may feel that it is not worth its price tag. You will have to do a search for more info on these things, I know you said you dont have a lot of time, but we dont spoon feed answers.... atleast not without those pics I requested ![]() |

I would like to suggest....do not try and find an easy answer. If your training is in place...your diet optima then you should be seeing some progress. Be patient.
If you're hungry..then I suggest to break your meals up. Eat about every 2 - 3 hrs. Small meals that are balanced out. Amazing enough..you can gain or lose weight by eating more often. Just need to watch what the intake is and remember portion control. If after that you're still not seeing progress...and please know that sometimes patience is a virtue here....then look into other supps. Personally...lean towards items you can readily get over the counter. Now...as Quazi has stated....send picts! That way we can all critique (constructively that is)!
