A secret passed down from generation to generation in my family to the women is vitamin E capsules. Cut it open and put the Vitamin E on the scars or were you have or will be prone to getting stretch marks and you should be GTG.
Real quick story, I am 1 of 4 children. 1 bro 2 sisters both with children My mother is 4'11 95 lbs. My sisters are not much bigger. She is one of 7 children 7 children 3 sisters 3 brothers. Her 3 sisters are all about the same size maybe an inch or 2 taller and 10-20lbs heavier. My grandmother is petite as are here 8 sisters. Anyhow, None of my aunts nor my mother or sisters or GM have strecth marks at all. Absolutely none. I asked my mother how is this possible. She gained like 40lbs with 4 children during pregnancy and she has not one stretch mark on here stomache. She said Vitamin E from the capsule. I said bullshit so I asked my GM and my aunts and they all said the same thing. My one aunt have 6 children all seperate births. Meaning no twins or triplets. Anyhow, I am a person that will keep searching to find answers if something seems to simple. More or less i need to complicate everything. It does actually work and allows your skin to have the elasticity to grow and shrink without scarring. Basically Stretch marks are nothing more then scars from your skin tearing. I am not 100% positive it will work on acne scars because i don't have them but it might be worth a try there is nothing to lose. I don't have any stretch marks though . Then again I am only 110lbs soaking wet holding a bag of concrete.![]() |

Laser removal is getting much cheaper. Quick and almost no discomfort so maybe check it out.

I think I remember hearing Glycolic Acid helps clear up acne scars. Im in the same boat as you now gunz. I was taking Isotretinoin and a 10% sulfur soap to wash in the shower and it worked to get rid of acne, but now my back has alot of scarring. It sucks.
