Default DNP Log

It's that time, well almost. I will be running a 10-14 cycle with on of my boys. I will post my results daily and his results at the end. We are running D's DNP. I expect to start the cycle by Wed. I am planning on 4 days at 250mg then bumping to 500mg for the rest of the cycle. I will weigh in the monring I start the cycle, and take before pics.

Just a suggestion DK don't take it the wrong way but you should write your handle/screen name and the date on a piece of paper to show it is you. I am not saying it wouldn't be you at all but there has been some members that post pics of other people and say it is themselves so they designed this method to prove they they are themselves. Just a suggestion and good luck. What is your goal witht his cycle btw? How much are you looking to lose. Respectfully, Awakened

Good idea, I will do that. I am looking to loose 10lbs. I have my first comp comming up in a couple monhs and it has been killer trying to get in the single digit BF%. So after reading every log on DNP that I could find, and after my boy from the gym fessing up to doing a DNP cycle a few years back with great results, I decieded to take the plung.

Good luck.

Just a note, but I needed 4-5 caps of D's stuff to get noticeable side effects. So you may experience otherwise.

Dinner Sucked, I had a class tonight

No dramatic sides, it was in the high 80's so of course I was a little hot. My AC is broke in my car and I have a 45 min commute each way to work.

5 or 6 movments for each muscle, 8-12 reps, 2-3 Working Sets.
