It's that time, well almost. I will be running a 10-14 cycle with on of my boys. I will post my results daily and his results at the end. We are running D's DNP. I expect to start the cycle by Wed. I am planning on 4 days at 250mg then bumping to 500mg for the rest of the cycle. I will weigh in the monring I start the cycle, and take before pics.

Just a note, but I needed 4-5 caps of D's stuff to get noticeable side effects. So you may experience otherwise. |

Weight 227 250mg 1 Cup plain oats 1 Small Banana 1 Cup Fiber One 2 Scoops Cyto Whey Fat Free Strawberry Yogurt 6oz Chicken 2 Cups Broc 2 Scoops Whey Pre WO 2 Scoops Wehy Post WO 1 Medium Apple Dinner Sucked, I had a class tonight 1 Blueberry Bagel 1 Banana 1 Small Sweet Potato 2 Scoop Whey pre bed *3 8oz Glasses of V8 Diet Splash No dramatic sides, it was in the high 80's so of course I was a little hot. My AC is broke in my car and I have a 45 min commute each way to work. Supps Multi Omega 3, 6 Grape Seed C & E vitamins ALA Taurine Potasium CoQ10 iForce PheraFlex EC Stack I am doing a 4 Day Split Mon - Shoulders Tue - Legs, Bi Wed - Off/Swimming Laps Thur - Back Fri - Chest, Tri, Legs Sat - Off Sun - Off Tue & Fri - legs are supersets with the uper body 5 or 6 movments for each muscle, 8-12 reps, 2-3 Working Sets. I have pics and I will post them hopfully in the morning.

225.5 No noticible sides other than being a little warm. Diet 1Cup Oats 1Cup Fiber One 1Banana 1/2 Blue Berry Bagel 2 Scoops Whey 6oz Chicken Cup of Pinapple 2 Scoops Whey Apple 2 Scoops Whey Fat free yogurt 8oz Salmon 1 Cup Oats 1 Cup Fiber One Today was my off day from weights, I swam 10 laps
