I've read the posts of benedryl...can't get it here. I can get zyrtec though. Will this work for Tee3 and Cl3n sides?

that sucks dude. first off thanks for your service. i've been running clen and t3 for my first time. i did a 28 day run of t3, and the clen i ran it 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. i didn't use any benedryl and in a month i dropped 20 lbs easy. i'm in the second month now just running clen. and after 2 weeks off, and then starting up again i get all of the clen kick including the wonderful sides. so far this month on clen only i only dropped about 5 lbs, but still 5 lbs in 13 days aint bad. so not using an antihistamine is working for me, but again this is my first time with either clen or t3.

i hate clen. would rather do a bump... but anyway if you are on any test i would just bump the test up and not fuck with clen. less sides, more effective, safer for the heart, etc... MO

Can't somebody stateside just send you some Benadryl? Don't take it the wrong way, I just don't know what the protocol is, or how heavily screened your incoming mail is, but I can't see how it would be against policy to have someone send you a legal, over-the-counter allergy medicine.

benadryl is diphenhydramine hcl you have to be able to at least get a generic over there...my brother is in the service, thank you.
