Recreate and Napalm w/ Clen

Alright guys, got a few questions and hopefully can spur on some new ideas for you...Im really interested in doing a little bit of a recomp before my next bulking phase...currently im 5'7" 195lbs 12% bf..diet consists of 3500 calories per day(approximately), 50g protein per meal, 6 meals per day(at least)...already kinda lean, but wanting to get a little lower before hand....heres the plan:

Recreate, first of all is USPLabs new clinincal strength fat burner, im amazed by the results thus far and plan on probably running it even while bulking just because it makes me feel so good..probably running 2 caps morning 2 caps afternoon....has a slight appetite suppression effect so probably not going to be keeping it with bulking, but well see how the appetite reacts....

Second, Napalm is a topical fat loss agent made by Advant Labs...if you look on AM you can see on their forum that they HIGHLY recommend adding some liquid clenbuteral to the topical solution...on top of the amazing fat burning effects(which can be SPOT applied), you get none of the side effects of clen(jitteriness, racing thoughts, etc.)
So the plan is to buy a 4oz bottle of napalm and add 6ml of my liquid clen to the mix(the clen is 200mcg/ml, pretty potent).

Im mainly interested in everybodys thoughts on topical fat loss agents and other fat burners such as recreate...do they really work for you? Do the act as intended?

Is diet going to be the main factor here?

i've heard of topical clen before but dont know if that would work better than orally.

TargeX is another topical fat burner

also i've heard topical ATD works really well because it blocks estrogen that is bound to the estrogen receptor on all fat cells too.

Also raspberry ketones at 400mg are a great fat burner. i have bought the bulk powder from Nutraplanet before.

7-oh-dhea is another good one but probably wouldnt work topically. Tiratricol worked well topically though if you can ever find it again.

i think i lost a little on the love handles but its hard to tell because at the same time it burns fat it also makes you retain water due to increased sodium retention
