need advice on pct for first time cycle

ok so i will be doing my first cycle of test cyp 400mg and i thought i had a good pct but now that i read more about pct's im even more confused then ever.
i thought people stayed away form using nolv. because it screwed with gains and i was told to watch out for depression when using clomid. so i got adex but now i confused if i should run this durning cycle or after or both and if durning then what do i use for pct or is the above info wrong and i have been mis-informed or i just didnt fully understand the protocol so as you can see im thoroughly confused.

Don't over complicate shit on yourself. start this 1-2 weeks after your last shot of cyp

wk1-6 nolva
wk1-4 aromasin

and if your cycle is long hit hcg wk 1 and 2. buy enough nolva for 8 weeks so if you get signs of gyno...which you probably wont at 400 unless your prone...take during. I don't think you need the strength of adex during your cycle.
