Default teardrop in quads

im having no problem getting the outer sweep in my quads, im having a problem with getting the teardrop. what kind of exercises emphasize the teardrop, or will help build it up?

my biggest part. i often stop training legs wide because they grow too much.

easy....bring your stance in closer, within shoulder width, and toes pointed straight ahead instead of 45 degrees outward. go down below parallel with lesser weight and 20 rep sets.

I have found this to work well.

I also use the leg press with my feet almost touching( like you are skiing) and lower on the sled.

Also make sure you are pushing with your heels not the balls of your feet.

This is a common mistake I often find ppl making.

well I dont make that mistake, because I dont leg press! haha. no access to it. but I will bring my feet closer together, try that out
