Whats going on? I'm a refugee from the SSB. I miss that place. I hope this place can be just as good. Been lifting for 9 years and just want to learn more about lifting and chemicals. Well....nice meeting you all.

Well, actually, I already have a fair amount of knowledge, but I just like to continue learning and seeing what others are doing. There arent many sites out there where this kind of thing is openly discussed!
