Im using it now, and it is pretty good stuff. Im definately holding more water though than I do with regular creatine though. I will be using it again, especially in the future when I am going through my PCT.

more water than creatine monohydrate?

or do you mean more water than something like KreAlkalyn or Ethyl Ester?

More than Ethyl Ester. Compared to monohydrate, I dont feel quite as bloated, but I definately noticed that I was holding a little more water than Ethyl Ester. Better strength gains than other creatines I've used. Just my personal experience with it.

I've been trying some samples lately.....this stuff kicks ass. Zero bloating and i feel rock hard like on creatine monohydrate without the bloated gut and bloated skin, also coolest thing is the very first time i take it i feel the full effect like i've been on creatine monohydrate for a month.

I have 2-1oz sample packsmyself. They been collecting dust for a few months now. Maybe I give them a go starting tomorrow.

Anon, are you just using 1/2 per 100lbs or more.

Yeah it was surprisingly very good and I liked the serv size was nice and small- damn though I accidentally took too much out of habit one day and it was like eating a whole shaker of salt in one mouthful.

i was taking the capsules that are 750mg each. on workout days i take 4 caps....sometimes 2 before, 2 after or just all 4 before. on non-workout days i take just 2 caps. so thats 3000mg on workout days, 1500mg on non.

i weight about 220 right now at probably 15% bodyfat.

in the powder 1 scoop is 800mg....they tell you to take 1 scoop per 100lbs, but on the capsules the recommended dose is exactly what i'm taking. so if you're taking the powder i'd say take 2 scoops per 100lbs of bodyweight on workout days and 1 scoop per 100lbs on non workout days.

I didn't even know they came in capsule form. I wish i had these the powder taste just as Adjos described it salty bitter tasting. Anyhow, I've been taking 3/4 scoop (600mg) for the last couple of days now, which I guess is not even maintaince level. (but the packaging says 1/4 scoop for every 100lbs???) Anyhow, I will bump my dosage according to 3.5 scoops on training days and 2 scoops on non w/o days and see how this pans out.
