Just got released yesterday from UMC with 3 fractured ribs 14 stitches and a mild concusion. While leaving the movies with my wifee the other night I got plowed by a drunk driver running his red light. I was making a left so I took most of the impact on my side. Luckily my wifee was barely injured but I had to be ambulanced due to a piece of glass being wedged into my temple area. Luckily for me it was really only a surface wound. I should have pics of the damage in the next few days but long story short-
Ford Super Duty doing 65+ slams into 350z driver side door! F'n sucked let me tell you. Thankgod Z's are built like tanks. Looks like only light light lifting and cardio for now. I guess this is an awesome excuse to cut.... |

I'm glad nobody was hurt worse - the car can be replaced.

It really isnt that bad. I was a competitive Thai kick boxer most of my teen life so I'm used to the pain of bruised and broken ribs. Just hoping my cycle helps me recover faster than normal so I can back into the gym full scale.

Sly glad your ok, bro...I'm glad you were not one of the unfortunate cases where the drunk driver lives but the victim doesn't.
Did the guy that hit you have insurance? |
