Just wanted to introduce myself, you can call me bigz. Im 25 from the east coast and a paramedic
. I recently hit the big 300lb mark and decided enough was enough. Since the new year ive been working out 5 times a week with a large focus on cardio and trying to eat alot better, after all, this isnt college anymore. LoL, no more pizza and beer ED. So ive been paroozing (spelling) sites and tossing around the idea of doing some cycles, to gain some tone and muscle mass and ive found this "the" most informative site around. So i wanted to come and make myself part of your community here. I hope to learn alot and pass on the good words of wisdom supplied here. I have many questions and im sure you all have many answers, but we will save those for a later date. So, good day to you all and happy trails! BTW - since the 1st of the year, ive dropped from 315lbs to 275 with just plain hard work. im 6' tall and just an all around jolly guy =) which im hoping to change over the course of the next cupple years... lets be realistic right? |
