Starting weight: 220
Goal weight: 185-190 Height 5'7 Bodyfat: Too High (probably 21-22%...no worries though. )I always let my bodyfat get higher in the offseason...prevents injuries and I lose it quick anyway. I make better gains in strength/size I feel that way. I grow more when dieting than I do in the off season because I'm on larger amounts of drugs, in the off season its something rather small like 250-375mg of sustanon a week and a dbol or two a day + liv 52. Pre contest....well thats a whole other story. ![]() 100mg ephedrine/100mg clen alternated every other day. 4IU HGH Weeks 1-14 750mg Sustanon Weeks 1-12 750mg EQ Weeks 1-14 750mg Tren Weeks 6-14 600mg Primo Weeks 1-14 50mg Drol Weeks 1-6 50mg Winny Weeks 8-14 I usually gain about 10-12 lbs of muscle while dieting, I love it. |

As for the diet.....
Meals 1-4 12 egg whites 1 cup oatmeal Pre Workout 3 scoops whey 1 cup oatmeal Post workout Same as above Post workout #2 1 large chicken breast 2 medium baked potatoes 1 cup brocolli Before Bed 1 tub cottage cheese |

I was actually referring to how you dose 100mg of ephedrine throughout the day. I understood the every other day aspect. I cant surpass 60mg for comfort reasons and sleep. What times of day do you take what doses.

everything seems to be in check your defintately getting in enough protein for your bodyweight and the carbs aren't to high and your diet is clean id say now just hit the gym and do your cardio and you shouldn't have to worry about not losing bodyfat good luck with your competition brother!

truthfully bro I take half in the morning. 50mg ephedrine in the morning, one tablet (25mg) in the afternoon, and 1 tablet before my workout. Seems to do me good.

I think people resond differently, some get more used to it. I could take 50mg of Ephedrine HCL and barely feel it, Ive cycled on and off it for years. When I was a teenager my kung fu teacher brewed mau huang and fo -ti herbal tea years before it was popular. Recently I purchased a ECA formulation from someone but it wasnt the Ephedrine HCL , it was the herb it comes from Mau Huang- even when ripped fuel had MH I could take 100 pills and not feel a thing- NOTHING. I need the Pure exctract of Ephedrine to even feel it. In 25 years of martial arts and body building where I used this regualrly I never have gotten the jitters like some report.
