I believe I have my diet down pretty good, I have great success when I follow the following eating habits, but Im sure Im lacking something as far as supplements go. Please lemme know what you guys think.
Protein each meal, roughly 40g. Carbs first 2 meals, fats with the last 3. Eat every 3-4 hrs Meal 1- 6am 6 egg whites, 2 slices turkey, 2 slices pumpernickel bread Meal 2- 9am Protein shake, fruit(usually granny smith apple) Meal 3- noonish mixed greens with grilled chicken, 1tbspn olive oil, and vinegar Meal 4- 4pm usually grilled fish(swordfish, tuna, salmon) steamed broccoli, 1tbspn oilve oil Meal 5- 8pm Protein shake, handful of almonds or brazil nuts(natural) After 9pm I usually just chew on stalks of celery until I go to sleep, if I choose to eat a 6th time I make sure its at least 2 hrs before bed. I know I dont drink enough water, its always been a bitch. Drink my coffee black, use splenda here and there, stevia more often. Diet soda here and there. Supps and vitamins wise I take the following: Test Cyp- 300mgs ew(TRT) Adipex 75mgs ed Multivitamin CLA-5,000mg ed L-Carnitine 3tbspn ed Vit B12 1000mcg e3d(injectable) T3 100mcg ed Liv 52 Oxycleanse(natural colon cleanse, keeps things regular) Weight training is very limited, have very bad arthritis in my hands and elbows and is getting harder to hold a razor and shave, let alone any serious weights, plus all kinds of back injuries. Cardio, I walk/speed walk for at least 30min. Not a daily thing sometimes due to the amount of pain Im in. Thats about all I can think of, again if anyone thinks Im missing anything, I'm all ears. I am not sure what you are trying to do but taking Adipex and t3 together with the small amount of calories you are getting isnt a good idea unless the t3 is doctor prescribed for low thyroid levels. The two combined will eat up a lot of muscle if you dont watch.

I'm well aware of that bro, muscle size doesnt concern me anymore. Lean for me is 240lbs and a 36 waist. Thats about as small as it gets, when I bulk up I hover close to 300lbs, its just not comfortable anymore. And Im not talking about 300 bacon cheeseburger pounds either
