what do you guys think about slin for dieting. taking 2-3iu befor meals or meals containeing carbs to keep your blood glucose levels between 70-80. I have read this [url=http://www.rajeun.net/usinginsulin.html]Using Insulin: The Non-Diabetic Use of Insulin for Anti-Aging[/url] and just want to see what you guys think.

You will be doing alot of monitoring. Hypo can sneak up on you and you will be eating like a horse until it goes away. From my experience with Insulin I would not recommend it at all for dieting. Awesome for bulking but you can eat all you want in a sense.

In general, you have to be very careful with slin. Misusing it can mess you up pretty good.

Not advocating using slin for dieting- but i have been doing a personal experiment the past 4 weeks-
I am in dieting mode trying to lean up- and I have been successfully using slin in doing so- I only use 10-12 iu's post workout with a shake containing 80 grams WMS- been going pretty good- dropped 12 pounds in past 4 weeks- and have maintained muscle- maybe even look a littler fuller- I know 80 grams is little for 12 ius but i can get by- i have only felt hypo symptoms 2 times- and was able to shake it with a handfull of raisans- Also- i only use the slin PWO 3-4 times a week- usually on major body part days- chest, back, legs 1st time to use slin while cutting- and has been going good so far---- |

2 to 3iu really isnt too dangerous at all unless you are retarded and sloppy with how you eat. If you were to do it and eat a protein only meal then you may go a little hypo but it wouldnt take much to correct it. 3iu only requires 20g to 30g of a sugar to keep you safe, dex is best, fructose is good too. You should still be careful just incase, but I dont see a big danger in it. And you will have to monitor your BG levels to keep it in that range and you will really have to plan your meal to take advantage of the insulin. If you do feel yourself feeling funny then just eat a pixy stick and you should be fine with that small amount of slin.

well I have been useing humalog at 10iu after workout with only 40g of maxywase. then a hour later I have two scoops of protien with half a cup of oats. 2 h after that my blood glucose leves read 60 been working great so far. dontr no what to say about gains yet.
