ok weve all seen the threads asking what kind of music you listen to. well i just got a new ipod nano and want to start fresh with lifting music. what are some of your guy's favorite songs (with artist)??

these can be hardcore, songs that just piss you off, inspirational.... anything that makes you lift harder

Anything by Devildriver. That's been my band for about 4 years now. Chimaira is great, heaven shall burn, Lacuna coil, Pastor Troy, Bleeding through is another great band, trivium, as i lay dying

puff daddy/nortious BIG - victory
Papa Roach - Last resort
Candlebox - several of their songs
Metallica - whiskey in the jar
