I'm on my third day of DNP tabs. I'm at 400mg/day, and my sides are fairly light - definite sweating/hot flashes, although not an obscene amount, along with a little nausea. Sleep is okay, not great. Mostly, though, the headaches are killer. Taking Excedrin for that.
Question: I usually feel the sides for about five hours after I take the pill. So, if I take one in the morning, by late afternoon I'm not feeling them as badly. I'm wondering if I could up my dosage to 600mg/day? I'm 170lb, 5'8" tall. BF is at 11-12%. My schedule would be something like: 8am - 200mg 2pm - 200mg 10pm - 200mg Drinking water, taking supps - you name it, I'm doing it. Trying to be safe with it. Workouts are light, as is cardio. If I stay at 400mg, gonna try for a ten day run. If I up it I will probably cut to 6-7 days. Let me know what you think. Little Runt |

If Im not mistaken DNP has a long half life, so you might want to hold off a couple more days to see how you feel first. 600mgs a day is not really that "high" of a dose, but it might be wise to give it another 48 hours just to be safe.

I believe the half-life is something like 36 hours.

Listen smart guy wait til you've completed 4 complete days ...not 2...not 3.. to up it. It COMPOUNDS in the body so unless you want to DIE wait!! PLEASE..

it accumulates in your body, so i would wait for at least 4-5 days. i normally take mine at 4-5 in the morning. this way its effects wear off completely by 6pm and i sleep well at night. dnp is very dangerous so dont take it lightly.

Dont rush anything from DNP, and do not judge by negative side effects. Not all DNP causes extreme side effects. I have used some that made me sweat like a mofo, and others that wern't that bad and the net loss was around the same.
Let it build up in your body, 400mg a day is good. Next move to 600mg day 1, 400 day 2, 600mg day 3, etc until 600mg ED. |

Whatever you do bro, please be real REAL careful with this stuff...... This is not a substance to take lightly as has been said. DNP abuse can cause you to lose your life, and not in an ejoyable way. Make small adjustments and give it time to kick in.....

I think 600mg is fine, but I never go over that. I only weigh around 190lbs though. One thing I have noticed about DNP though is that it seems to work less and less with everytime I use it. I've used it about 3 times over 5 years, and this last time I used it I saw little results. But this last time was with no cardio and no diet. I dont think anything works without cardio and some caloric restriction besides gastric bypass. And even those fat asses regain 30 to 40% of their weight loss half the time.

I'm definitely going to give it another day or two and let it compound first, before I decide to add more. I'm still at 400mg/day and I can tell - as of today - that it has compounded a bit. Much more sweating (my arms are sticking to my office chair) and sleep isn't as easy. Plus last night got a big ole rash all over my chest - itched like a MF, so dosed some Benedryl and it cleared right up. Funny, my ears are itching like hell!!
My diet is fairly strict (really strict, actually) and I'm doing cardio for 30-45 minutes at moderate intensity 3-4x's a week, which is my norm. Training 5x's/week, but with a little less gusto. Kinda lethargic. Tons of supps and water. I'll wait until the weekend, see how I feel, and then possibly up to 600mg/day and do a back and forth of 400mg/day then 600mg/day - thanks for that recommendation. Planning on 10 day cycle. I'm wondering if this cra*p really works? Hope so for all the trouble! |
