Got this idea from ronnie coleman in one of his training video, but I modifyed it with fat free cheese. Yummy, easy, and healthy.
2 packets of grits 10 xtra large egg whites 1/3 c fat free chedder cheese (optional) Throw eggs white and grits into skillet and cook on med high until you get the consistancy you want. I like to add a little pepper. Then, toss it into a bowl and sprinkle low fat/fat free chedder cheese on top. 40g protein 40g carbs 320 calories <--without cheese |

i practically live off grits and kidney beans for carbs.....good stuff them grits

1 serving of shredded cheddar cheese is about a quater cup and contains about 110 calories and 9 grams of protein and less then 1g of carbs. Just for everyones info thought that might help. Respectfully, Awakened

I love grits, like em thick and chewey. Never thought of mixing with eggs though, might give it a try.

Eggs and oatmeal for me, 12 egg whites, 2 yokes, and 2 cups of oatmeal, 16oz oj, plus water, 6 am every morning..

Man I sure do love me some grits...I also have tried mixing the eggs w/ grits...good stuff here fellers!

SS....looks pretty easy....damn...i don't think I've had grits since I was in the Army. Love those thangs. I would eat them with eggs...never tried mixing them together. I'll try that Bro......thanks.
