Don't knock it till you guys try it
7 whites 2 whole eggs 1c oats(uncooked) Throw all this into a skillet together and cook throughly, add Tabasco (preferably the green) to taste. Calories ~527 15g Fat 56g Carb 42g Pro Really easy to eat lots of good quality calories plus you can adjust the caloric content by varying the ingredients slightly. It doesn't seem to take up much space in your stomach so its perfect pre workout; like on leg day when if you bust your ass hard enough you feel like puking. |

Its really not that dry, you don't need a ton of water with it but i'm glad to see some one else who does this!
I usually only cut out the yokes if i'm cutting calories. |

I did that for a long time but i used water for the oats and sprinkled a little brown sugar on it... then i got lazy and threw it all into a skillet and found this beauty, its honestly one of my favorite meals.

I'm going to try this, minus 1/2 cup oatmeal; it causes my IBS to act up like nobody's business. Thanks for the recipe bro
