I going to be buying some supplement here shortly from Hardcore. I debating which creatine is the better, is it the CEE or Kre-Alkalyn.
Just wanted to mention I was gets lots of bloat and water retention from pure creatine mono, so I want to experiment with one of these versions and see which one still gives me the creatine gains, without bloat. Thanks. |

Kre-Alkalyn a essentially buffered monohydrate but thats what help reduce the bloat most experience. I had to chose between the two i would go with the Kre-Alkalyn since creatine mono(buffered or not) has more research behind it then CEE a the moment, but in all actuality its really a personal/price preference when deciding between the two.

CEE i dont get shit from.
Monohydrate i get great volumization, some bloating, but lots of strength and endurance too. Controlled Labs Green Magnitude is one i really like....great strength and endurance and a little weight gain with no bloating.
