Default Too Busy!!

I've been having real trouble training after work as my gym has just been taken over and is becoming more and more popular, this would normally be a good thing but its getting to the point where i have to wait too long between most machines or stacks to use them, i therefore switched to an hour every morning (6-7am) before work, it is dead in there so i can use whatever i like, i just wonder if anyone knows a reason this will be a drawback to my training, i cannot take my creatine before as its far too early. and all the pre and post workout mealtimes are out of the question. should i try and revert back to evenings???

i always go to the gym first thing in the AM i bounce up outta bed dont eat anything i make a pre workout drink that consists of waxymaize, bcaa boost by trueprotein which i love give you really good energy, glutamine, creatine, arginine and arnge krush which just a mix like super pump or something but i like better workout do your cardio after weights then pwo and eat meals throughout the day...why cant you take creatine before your workout dont understand being early could matter?

I use to take my creatine an hour before i worked out and had no problems. I also work out in the am, I feel it's better and your body responds faster.

Never thought i'd be an early morning person but with classes and work started having to get to the gym at 5:45AM each morning myself. Just wake 4:30 and make me a quick weight gainer shake and vitamins and off to the gym. Actually starting to like it alot better, feel more focused and energized then when I go in the afternoon.

Mine is always dead on Friday and Saturday evenings so I make sure to hit at least one of those days. I don't go Sunday but would guess it is a slow day. Rest of the week as long as I go before 5pm I am good.
