Default "Real Gain" Cycle Opinions...

What, in your honest opinion, is the best cycle/pct to get the most lean, solid, "real" gains (ie: no water, etc.) with little-to-no loss?

Just looking for thoughts about this.
I'm on my first cycle... ya know... that whole test-e @ 500mg/wk thing. Jk... I'm glad this was my first cycle- I'm loving it.

Really hard to say in general. I've only got 2 under my belt myself but I'm sure your gonnna get alot of different answers but also alot of the same.

In my opinion your best lean cycle can be any cycle, it all depends on your diet.

Others might say Test Prop/Var/Winny
Others will say Tren A and Test Prop
SOme might say Var only.

As far as AI's and Serms go...shit everyone has there own view on whats best. Used to be Adex, then letro, sometimes Tamoxafin sp?? Now i'm seeing something called Tormefine???

I really think if you ran Test and EQ and watched your diet, ate really clen and ran a good AI then that would be best...or even EQ and VAR or EQ and Tren A. Soooo many options.

I'm interested in what others think as well.

Glad to hear your enjoying your first cycle bud. Hope all is going well with it

Thanks Chopper, everything's great!
For my 2nd I'm actually thinking of running an 8 weeker of a prop/tren-a combo (200mg/ml) @ 1ml/eod (or 0.75ml/ed), with first 3wks of anadrol @ 50mg/ed, and last 4wks winny @ 50mg/ed, while running 0.25mg adex throughout... then the almighty clomid/nolva pct. Of course this is off the top of my head at 4:30am... so it'll probably change greatly when I get on here tomorrow, haha.

I also know that it's suggested that your 2nd cycle should be test again, but stacked with something else, like deca... but due to people in my gym (whom I don't know) asking me what kind of cycle I'm running, I want straight dry gains from now on- it'll take a little longer, but I can pass it off as frickin... no-xplode or whatever they're takin these days.

anything that doesn't aromatize too much. masteron/winny/primo/eq are all great compunds to run and pct nicely

if what you're going for are gains you'll retain then i think the best cycle is whatever suppresses your natural testosterone the least. water can be dropped, but when your test is suppressed there is a certain amount of time it takes to get it back to normal level.

I've actually got a new theory i'd love to see someone test out:

12 week cycle based on 400mg EQ/wk + 40mg Anavar/day (this would not suppress your natural test much if at all)

throughout that cycle do 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off of various very fast acting steroids that also clear your system fast.....Dbol, Anadrol, Tren Ace , Test Susp, Winstrol, Masteron. Only do each steroid for 2 weeks and do not repeat the same steroid. Dbol and Anadrol may or may not be a good choice....it would be only 2 weeks, but they aromatize so freely that the created estrogen might linger in the system too long and could eventually suppress you.

Its proven it takes 2 weeks minimum for your body to adjust its feedback system, whether it be steroids or even protein intake. I think I might try it next cycle unless someone beats me to it.

Very exemplary thoughts. My fav has always been Tren A/EQ/Test E or C..

I get some good solid gains from this cycle. Here recently I am going to add Test Prop to the front of it and the end and I'm willing to bet that my gains will even be more substantial.

You can get a million different answers to this question. As we all respond differently to each steroid and to the PCT's we run.
The only time bloat is a concern for me is when I used D-bol(don't use it anymore), and that only made my face bloated, and red!
Gains are pretty much dictated by your diet. I can bulk or cut on damn near anything. The nutritional aspect is what sways bulking, cutting, lean mass, etc.
And as far as retaining what you gained, proper PCT and proper nutrition(once again) are extremely important.

I'll learn more about EQ/Anavar and see about using it next cycle... but I myself would run it aside something else. But hey- I have till September to figure out what I want to do.

personally the best cycle for lean gains for me would have to include gh and igf(i am much more a fan of these drugs than anabolics,of course anabolics have their place but i like to run other things so i dont have to run them to high)
well i will be running this and i dont want to bloat up much so i can stay within a certain weight group.
5iu gh
33mcg per day 30 days on 30 days of
tbol week 1-4 50mg
final weeks leading in to the show halo 10-50mg as the time progresses
tren ace coming up to the show at 75mg per day
now for test i dont know yet becuase i have a shit load of andropen275 because i sell this product to the guys i train with and have about 160ml of it or i could run a low amount of prop or even suspension every day but i know that will lead to bloat!

tren ace and test prop for 6 weeks then replace the tren with winny and var,,always works or me
