Quick question regarding google ratings

Sorry not much of computer person, but when I was signing up I noticed that anonymousspeech.com stated if you put there add for secure email on a website you run with a google rating of 3 or better then you could get a 1 year membership for free. My question is I checked and old website I made back when i was in high school years ago and it came up as a 3. I've tried to look into the google rating but couldn't find much info, is a 3 rating just average rating or is that a good rating for a site. My apoligies if this is dumb question, just figured many of ya'll are almost to smart when it comes to computers and could explain this better.

Pagerank of 3 is actually better than 99% of the websites on the net. If you have a good domain name too for your old website you could probably sell it for a nice chunk of change (several grand).

If you're going to keep it send me a PM, i'd like to see if you could put a link for AnonBB on it.....depends on the website though. unrelated linking can be harmful to PR(pagerank)
