Hey Guys - New guy here learning alot online and from you vets who've been helping me out - a big shout-out thanks to you. May be a stupid question, but - I got an email about a book called Chemical Muscle Enhancement by Author Rea and I'm wondering if it's worth buying/downloading? Or if it's useless? My goals in using the book would be how to build my second, third, and fourth cycles over the next couple of years as well as to gain a basic understanding of, well, everything. Let me know what you think if you can...LittleRunt

My opinion is why buy a book like that when all the info you could need is right here on a website from people with tons of experience? I learned more reading off the interent on juice than I ever did in a book.

I do agree with that absolutely - I'm just not always at my computer! I'm looking for something that aggregates everything in one place, and possibly something I can stuff in my bag for train reading. If not, I'm stuck sitting at my desk in my living room all night long getting glassy-eyed and zombie-like from staring at the computer monitor!
So I've been looking for actual books, and just don't know what the good ones are. |

i have both of his books. building the perfect beast is a great book as far as anabolics go. it is good to have because i find myself always refering to it. its very sientific so you might have to read a few times before you undestand it all but their is some great stuff in thier.
