I just received some of this and am trying it out it's sort of interesting, it is exactly as they say no taste and makes a great protein shake.

I ordered the (2) half gallon package they have, they freeze it solid then line the box they ship it in with Styrofoam on all sides and top/bottom then fill the void with foam peanuts.

I'm Midwest it shipped from Cali and was still mostly frozen when it got to me, not a rep or anything else just thought this was good product, so far it's very good stuff.

Stop ! Don't use Egg Whites International.

My workout partner got salmonella from Egg Whites Int'l product. Almost a 3 weeks before he felt human again, and a month before being able to lift again.

^^^ there is zero salmonella in them. They have it processed out of it.

interesting first post....and on his first day of membership too!

i would cook them though, the human body cannot digest raw eggs or egg whites regardless of what they tell you. when you cook the egg it kills a certain enzyme which prohibits the digestion.

I thought it was a interesting first post too. To your point Anon you are correct I wasn't interested at first either but when I did a bit of reading on the web page I found this.

I was aware of Avidin in eggs making them not really a good source of protein.

The human body cannot completely and safely digest a raw egg white so if you like to do the “Rocky Routine” with a raw egg or raw egg white in your drink, you are wasting your time, not to mention the threat of Salmonella.

Avidin, an enzyme found in raw egg whites, blocks the uptake of Vitamin B6 (Biotin) causing a vitamin deficiency. You must cook the egg white to neutralize the Avidin and allow your body to safely digest the protein and utilize all its Amino acids.
