Damn Welfare Mothers

I take a train everyday into Manhatten and I never cease with amazement these second/third generation welfare mothers. These girls have their daddy baby wearing Air Jordans, Fubu pants and a Tommy Hilfiger shirt, this little crumb snatcher is wearing $80.00 of clothes it would not get me pissed but Im paying for it. These young women whom have no job to speak of yet they have their nails manacured (sp) are speaking usually ebonic or Spanish into their Nextel's. They don't pay rent, they get food stamps and their medical is paid in full.

On the other hand, my parents whom have been married for over fifty years and have always worked, paid their tax's, never broke the law and have been model productive American citizens, Have to pay although not in full, their medical, their food and their utilities. My mother just told me she is looking at a $700.00 dental bill and she is 77 years old (God Bless) It's just not fucking fair that these lowlife do nothing slugs get everything paid in full.

I don't blame them I blame the system for allowing itself to be screwed. When President Roosevelt enacted welfare it was supposed to be for AMERICAN CITIZENS whom fell on hard times and it was just a temporary thing until the person got on his/her feet. Thanks for letting me vent.

You know what dude, people just aren't the same today as they were 50, 30, 10 years ago. This is a different age we live in. When I was kid I was tought the value of a hard day's work. I didn't always like it and sometimes the point was expressed the wrong way, but I'm glad it was the way it was. You consider me a "kid" age wise (which I do to) but there's been a huge change just between when me and you were kids. I wonder what the future holds ?

It was enacted to help get America out of the depression.. Unfortunately, these 'welfare mommas' have a vote, and there are a shitload of them.. Unfortunately, once something is enacted, it's hard as FUCK for it to get repealed. Not just that, with politicians running solely for the 'distinguishment' of being elected, thus appealing to whoever will give the most easy votes, it is even harder.

I agree, its a fucked up situation.


On a personal note, since my profession is in finance.....your parents should be keeping health AND dental insurance even once theyre retired. If your mother had dental insurance she wouldnt be paying $700 for a dental procedure.

My mother has health insurance but not dental, financially they are doing OK but that is not what Im trying to bring up. The point of my post is that the most unproductive members of this country whom are breeding with no regard of any responsibility whatsoever are rewarded with free health care, free housing and free food, while productive Americans are paying for these freeloaders who offer nothing in return but the decline of this once great country.
