i took inj of igf in the inner side of my bicep the followin day i noticed my right pinky finger down to the palm side of my knuckle half of my ring finger has some loss of feeling like its had a lil bit of novacaine into it

its a good possibility that you hit a nerve. however, When I hit a nerve it seems that the pin almost jumps out of my damn body because it hurts so bad.

If you hit a nerve you will know it immediately there is no waiting for the next
day for it to show up!

also someitmes its more numb then others its been like this for 10 days it didnt hurt during or after the inj what could have happened should i go to the doc if so what do i need to tell him

I agree, if you hit a nerve you will know it. Just remember the shoulder is complex with the number nerve roots coming down the arm. There may just be some inflammation that occurred that is impenging the nerve. I would start out taking an antiflammatory of motrin 800 mg 3x/day for 5 days with food and see if that helps. If it continues you may also want to get checked out for carpal tunnel.
