I try to gradually put myself into a deficit. Try removing 250 calories a week until your down to your desired range. Also, depending on goals, I usually up my protein intake. A shake or an egg omellette helps me feel full for a decent amount of time.

Try crack. I hear that works wonders. If you can't get any meth, of course.

My bad, I thought that you had said suppressants or stimulants. Okay, the nicotine patches (or gum) is a good suggestion, though you might end up with a worse monkey than from the crack. Having done and quit all the major drug groups, I still maintain that nicotine is harder to kick than heroin.

I found D-Lys³ GHRP-6 to work really well. I think it's effect diminishes after a few weeks, but it also has other positive body composition effects.

I've had lots of addiction problems, but nicotine never got me too bad. I used the gum recently for appetite and fatloss and was able to stop pretty easily after 3 or 4 weeks. But you're right, it's not something to take carelessly. It would suck to get addicted to it just for temporary gain.

Yeah, I don't know that you'd get that kind of problem with short term use. I smoked for over a decade and, I'm being quite literal here, it was easier to kick and stay off heroin that it was to quit smoking. I finally did it with that new medicine Chantix.
And if anyone is still smoking, that shit really works. |

I'm in the same boat. What is your BF%?
From what I've read, 1 LB of fat can only lose about 31 calories a day. After this, your body taps into LBM. Obviously this means it's already used alot of glycogen/liver glycogen. So if you have 20 lb's of fat, that means you can safely lose approximately 600 calories a day before you body starts using muscle for fuel. Now obviously you could augment yourself with bcaa's, and meal timing, and such and maybe get a little more out of it, and better protect LBM. Try eating microwaved brocolli with spray butter. This will fill stomach volume, yeild a decent amount of fiber and lead to satiety. Also use BCAA's when you're hungry, sugar free jello, coffee w/ spenda, etc. Keep that stomach busy. ![]() |
