Default Before and after pics 2 years hard dedication!
If you are member of OLM then you know who I am and have seen these before...if not, here you go...the before was a little over two years ago, I didn't work out then and have been working out since hardcore...done a few cycles now...I love tren !

thanks guys, these pics are a couple months old, and I've leaned out some since then...I will wait probally 2-3 months and post updated ones...I should be looking great then, after this cycle I'm doing now...
Oh yeah my stats are:
6'4"
220lbs
12% bf in that pic...10% bf now...
training 2 1/2 years now and loving it

good work. Nothing like watching your body transform before you. I enjoy going back and looking at my old pics and seeing the progress I have made because sometimes it is difficult to really tell since you look at yourself on a daily basis. The pics don't lie. Keep it up.
