I just started some "research" and I think one of my vials is contaminated. I need to buy some sterile vials, syringe filters, reheat it and filter it, blah, blah—but it’s been a long while since I’ve done this. Any advise on where to buy said supplies?
I recall lemelange, but they don't have sterile vials or syringes. I likewise recall mojoresearchsupply, but no syringes bigger than 3ml. I’d rather one stop shop. Thoughts? Thanks, Ronn

![]() But it's times like these I thank my compulsive little brain that I have anti-biotics on hand. It's annoying because it the same damn arm that was infected on the very last shot of my last cycle--and this was the first shoot of this cycle. Just irritating as hell. I usually bake my gear as a precaution...but i got antzy. Of course it's possible that it was an injection issue; i.e. user error. But I'm fairly methodical about how I prep for an injection--but stuff still happens sometimes. But better safe than sorry, so I'll clean the gear. On weds inject I'll switch to another vial, but i see no need to waste the gear if I can just clean it up. And thanks for the leads, I've used GPZ before--just never thought of them for sterile vials. Ronn

I always use RLS. What I read was that they saw all the heat on other labs with research chems, so they decided to drop that part. To my knowledge, they never got raided.

Other than that I'd say it's time for a new source, or maybe you are allergic or have become allergic to what the gear is suspended in..... cottonseed oil, grapeseed oil, EO.... |

Anything is possible in terms of infection, but as I said I'm very meticulous with how I administer my injections.
I have a fairly strong opinion about UG's—as they are not FDA approved and they will never be able to supply 100% sterility of product. That's one of the reasons we pay more for AAS in amps and foreign manufactures. Infections are, in my opinion, just part of the risks you take when you decide to use UG's. I've gotten infections from very well know and reliable sources, sources whose product I've used without problem before. Shit just happens on both ends of the line (manufacturing and usage). That's why you should always have Anti-biotic on hand. A stiff does of doxcy 24 hours after injection stops all these ridiculous horror stories about having abbesses cut out and what not. However, if after I filter the gear I get the same reaction, you're allergy hypothesis will go to the top of my list! Ronn

It's been my opinion that any "research company" that sells "sterile" vials are lying. Vials come bulk packed in shrink wrapped plastic. They are clean to begin with, but they probably have not been "sterilized". Any vial you buy you should at least wash and bake it if you are worried about that level of sterility. But dont waste your money on paying more for them saying it's sterilized.
Just my opinion, so dont take it as blanket fact. |

Right, just like prefiltered oil. Buy the usp grade oil and filter it yourself and save the $100 they charge extra for it. DGAF
