I use 5g in morning before and after workout and before bed myself so about 4 servings per day
|

I USE IT PRE AND PWO, 10G EACH TIME. I ALSO PUT SOME IN MY SHAKES.
YOU CAN'T HAVE TOO MUCH GLUTAMINE IN MY OPINION, YOU CAN PUT IT IN ANY OF YOUR FLAVORED DRINKS, I PUT IT IN MY ORANGE JUICE, CRYSTAL LIGHT, ANY KIND OF FRUIT JUICE, ETC. |

I hit 10 g in am - 10 around noon, 10 before workout and 10 after workout-
usually just scoop powder on my tongue and chase with water - same way and time I do my BCAA's- I def believe in the trickle feed of BCAA's all day |

Thanks for the input guys. I have been slacking for the last couple years in taking it and I couldn't remember what I used back then. I sometimes have used it as a filler when I make my own orals but I wanted to start using it in my shakes again too.

I consume 10 grams pre workout and sometimes add another 10 grams with protein drink after workout. Seems to do the trick for me.

Hah I may have to try it your way, I've been mixing it with my post workout shakes and it destroys the tastey shake. I figure it would be easier just to down it real quick on my tongue.

10g upon rising, 10g after w/o, and 10 b4 bed, like cpt said you cannot have enough glutamine. As I save by buying it from Walmart!

glutamine peptides or l-glutamine. the amino acid l-glutamine has shown to be useless for anything but immune funtion.
