I got my hands on some phenformin. I couldnt get glucophage.
Anyways I am doing a CKD diet. Bodyopus to be more specific. Question is how phenformin should I run a day? I have been taking 2-3 25mg tabs a day with bigger meals until in ketosis. I also take r-ALA 100mg with the tablets. The first week was slow to get into ketosis but this week it came fast and I didnt even get to do cardio due to sinus infection. I have read it can be ran as high as 125-150mg a day. Is this a good idea? I also run 2-3 tabs a day when carbing up. I am on nothing right now and it seems to be working well. My bodyfat is lowering at a good pace. |

I knew somebody who took that. He started to feel like shit after a few weeks. The doctors thought his liver or his kidneys were shot. It turned out that phenformin fucks with the acidity level in your blood.I'll never forget he would throw up. and not like little amounts of throw up. He could fill a entire trashcan.

phenformin is a shit drug and causes lactic acidosis. metformin is superior and far less likely to cause problems. 1500mg-3000mg (divided in to 2-3 doses) is a good daily dosage of metformin if using it to stay in ketosis.

Thats well and good folks. I am well aware of these things. However I did not have access to it.
Anyways I dont take it all week long. Just long enough to get into ketosis (1-2 days) and when I carb up which is half a day sat and all day sunday. Again the question is how much phenformin should I run a day. I have been running 25mg 3X a day for a total of 75mg. I have been getting good results with it. I dont really want to go to heavy as the side effects that we all are aware of can be dangerous. |
