I am about to start a bulker, kinda wanted to do a cutter and have been going back and forth...last cycle was almost 4 months ago and I have been traveling a good bit this last 2-3 months and have not been able to hit the weights like I would like to andmy diet has not been exactly perfect.
Things are back to normal now and diet is getting good workouts have been good the last week, and all the gear and PCT is about here. Weighing in at 230 5' 10" here in these pics and using calipers I am 16%BF Hoping to "lean bulk" for 14 weeks and put on bout 15 lbs or so, then after our baby is born in Sept the wife and I will go on a good cutter diet and will be supplementing with a few things....lol ![]()

Arms look good and are in good symetry with your delts...Any of your wheelz? do you deadlift?
What cycle do you plan on running bud?

I will get some more pics up soon, my wheels are up to par on size but not as cut as they were, and have alot more hair on them then they did...lol....like I said I have just in the last week been able to start things back up...my PCT ended 3 months ago...95 days to be exact and I have been gone on business most of that time and only hit the gym maybe an average of 1 day a week during that time..SUCKS..lost 10lbs of pretty lean muscle, as I was 240 and bout 13%BF.
Thats why my plans were to cut, but afer getting back into things and weighing, measureing I need to bulk up again. I have not done deads in about a year do to a injury on an ATV where I tore my ACL, things are healing up nicely and I have started working my legs agian and I think I can resume deads to build some thickness back in my back. Upcoming cycle is going to be 14 weeks long Standard Bulker style... 60mg dbol, or 100mg Drol Ed 1-4 (I have the dbol, but would rather use a good drol) 100mg Prop ED 1-4 1000mg Test E 1-11 100mg NPP ED 1-4 600 mg Deca 1-9 100mg Prop ED 10-14 ( I like to end with prop so PCT is a no brainer) HCG 2X EW T/O @ 250iu Clomid/Nolva/MGF/IGF for PCT I will be off for bout 6 weeks then start up a Prop/TrenA/Var 8 weeker Should look alot different by Christmas, goals are high, diet is in check, and I cannot stay away from the gym..lol

I may add that I have overcome not the best of genetics...my dad is 5'7" 165lbs and I graduated high school at 180lbs..powerlifted in the 181lb class..did very well I might add.
SO I have put on a solid 50lbs in the last 8 years, and actually the last 6 years as I was 185 with I was 20 and decided to start my first ill-advised cycle..lol I have grown and grown up since then and completed 4 good actual cycles and a few small 6 week Prop/Tren trials

You know you are probably right, 50 would probably be closer to right you think. Along with the 100mg prop ED.

Look good bro. First and foremost, congradulations on your on the way baby. I hate getting out of the swing of things. Glad you're gettin back into it, like Chopper said, it'll come. Great job on blowing past your genetics, keep up the good work.
