I have been having (left) wrist problems for the past couple months, it has been very annoying. If anyone has had this problem how much off time did you have to take or did you work through it.

Of course, the natural "doctorly" thing of me to say would be to take several weeks off... in reality I've had tendonitis quite a few times, and I always end up trying to work through it. It really probably depends on just how much it is limiting you as to whether you should take time off. In fact, I have it right now in my brachoradialis, and it definitely screws things up, but I end up using slightly less weight or modifying exercise choice.

I get it all the time. I sleep in a wrist brace when it's flaring up and that usually helps.

Agree with Blindsite less weight and spend more time on the wheels.

Rest, ice, and alieve helps but the rest was the best thing. Couple to 3 weeks off usually what it takes for me.

Deep stretching with aggressive massage following workouts. Then ice and rest work well. Also dont bench with wrists in extension this will never get better. Grab the bar and lock them in neutral. Actually for squat this is good too anything really.
