why t4..t3 would,imo,be a better option

Well T4 when using HGH as it converts to T3 somehow helps the GH work better, theres a big read posted by RDC on a few of the boards about it..and T4 is usually cheaper.

always ran t-3 never tried t-4..............

Doesn't T4 just convert to T3? I don't use either one, but I'm gonna start a 6 month HGH run soon and from what I've read, thyroid hormones are a must.

Yes it does convert to T3, and no I have not read up on al this stuff as much as I should have but I am not ready for HGH yet and the more I read about it the more I want to do it...lol But not YET!!

Anyhow, the way I read the article it appears that T4 would be better to take as something about the conversion does the body good.
