Okay, I know this is probably a stupid question, but is what is the best way to go about trying to get refs so that I can place an order with a source?

I've been a member of Meso since '03, but switched to DBB and BBC after they got rid of their classifieds section. Then I came over here after Raw Deal kinda messed things up for both of those boards. In any case, I was never much of a poster, more of a reader, and the UG sources until now often didn't require refs.

Now, post-Raw Deal, it's totally understandable that sources would be bigger on having references, but is there any good way to get people to back you up, other than just to make hundreds of posts? I really wish I had more time to spend posting on here, but having an 80 hour work week and a new baby is severely restricting the amount of time I have for other things (hard enough to still get into the gym 5 days a week).

you just have to build cred, no other way around it, especially now days. You might check with those you have worked with in the past and see if they will ref for you. I know things have tightened up quite a bit and I was just denied for the first time ever, but I completely understood. I am in a similar situation as you, but built a decent relationship with a few prior to ord.

You've been around for a minute so you should know the protocol. Doesn't matter if your on 1 or 100 boards, if no one here knows you then your gonna have to change that by coming on here and talking to the community.

If I was you I would just suck it up and go Int. They have plenty of good suppliers of Axio gear out there. You are sure to get your gear no matter what. They are even cheaper than most underground US labs, and you don't have to worry about them running off with your money like most US labs do when they get out of it.

Even tough Int prices are very good... isnt more risky for custums ceisures?
It is a way to suck it up ... but we have to make sure to be careful with this stuff... its not candy in america like it is in some parts of europe unfortunately...

cant imagine any int. source prices being anywere close to a domestic ug lab price.

Yeah, I seem to be sitting in the same boat with some of you guys. Its hard as hell finding refs anymore, especially after some of them vanished into thin air after raw deal..

I gotta agree with below.. Intl is a little cheaper in some regards(mostly peptides), but the price for human grade is higher than underground. But the risk is much higher. I prefer to stay away from it..

I have never had a problem with the three I use. Everything got through fine for me. Even if customs gets it and does not send a letter they will reship no questions asked. The prices are also very good. I mean whats risker getting a small packed seized, or the DEA going through your domestic sources email without him knowing like they did in raw deal?!?!

I hear you guys! I was very well respected on BBD (hell, I was the ref!) and tended not to wonder about much; home was home. But you only learn in hindsight when you've backed the wrong horse. I've deliberately avoided the boards since Sept., and am now just getting back into seeing what’s happening.

Blindsight, I don't think there's any shortcuts. Anytime you move in life--from one town to the next, one school, one job-- you have to earn your rep again.

So now we gotta earn it again...just that simple

EXACTLY, I was in the same boat with SSB going down (that place was like a Walmart in the middle of Times Square) but since coming here to ABB I've run into cool bro's which are happy to help you out. Sources want to make money as well and they do want your business but just show that your not LE or some dumb punk and your as good has gold.
