who has used ephedrine? my buddy has been using it and he claims its more effective than clen. does anyone else get this good of results?

I've used it in the old ephedra/caffeine/aspirin stack...that works pretty well, though I have still gotten better results from clen. Some people alternate them back and forth too, though there are different schools of thought on the effectiveness of that.

Ephedrine works well. I have been using it off and on for about 10 years as part of the ECA stack and I get great energy and good thermogenic effect when my diet is clean. When it comes time for contest prep I alternate ECA 3 days and clen 3 days. Look into T3, its a thyroid medicine and will help you burn fat faster than either ECA or clen. Of course this is simply my opinion but look around, most experienced guys will tell you something similar.

ECA stacks are great but also try a ECY stack also

one of my favorite stacks for tightening up before summer is ECA with t-3 at 25mcg for macro utilization.

I think both are effective but for different reasons. For me in addition to giving me energy the eph cuts my appetite where as clen doesn't. I tend to use eph, caff, asp, t-3 and clen together - it's down right miraclulous.

I've used ephedrine and caffeine pre work out for at least 25 yrs.I love it.I also hate the way clen makes me feel.

25mg eph+200mg caff+25mcg t3+40mcg clen upon rising
25mg eph+400mg caffeine preworkout ---------------------------------------------------------- then as one week passed I added in 40mcg clen to preworkout and another 25 mcg t-3 two hours after lunch next week bumped am clen to 60mcgs and t-3 to 50mcg next week pm clen to 60mcg - that was as much as I could handle and added t-3 two hours after dinner at 25mcg My final adjustment was preworkout eph to 50 mgs then after my show began bringing the doses down in similar manner.

Thx for the reply, did u have any trouble sleeping when u were taking the max?.... Just curious cause I might try something similair to that and just wondering what effects it has at night
