Hey, bros. I joined here a few months ago and made a few posts, asked typical new guy questions as intelligently as I could and tried to gather the info. needed to do my first cycle. Being new, I had no idea where to begin. Everyone here was very helpful and forthcoming with advice and it was much appreciated.
Unfortunately for me, I apparently chose the wrong guy to listen to. There was guy here named Seanster...you may remember him. He offered to help me since I had no idea where to go to find gear, and being new, had no references. Long story short, he scammed me and I haven't heard from him since...this was last September. Maybe he got busted in the "Raw Deal" thing or something...I don't know. I never heard anything about it if he did. Needless to say, I had a bitter taste in my mouth about the whole thing and pretty much gave up the idea of AAS altogether. I haven't visited this board but a couple of times since. I guess I am either stubborn or just stupid, but I would like to try again. So, if anyone has any advice for a 37 year old guy in pretty good shape who wants to do a Test only cycle for his first round and has no idea where to go next...feel free to speak up. I kind of feel like I did the appropriate homework to get started when I was here before and at this point just need an honest bro to help me out or point me in the right direction. I appreciate any feedback you may have. |

Everyone bites the bullet sooner or later...you just got hit REALLY soon...lol.
First cycles are obviously the easiest. Go for Test & Test only! You can take some dbol at the beginning also if you choose too...but nothing more! Test E or C @ 500mg/EW for 12-15 weeks. D-bol 30mg/ED for weeks 1-4 What are your stats right now...what does your diet look like, how much do you weigh, how tall are you, how much do you lift on your basic compounds like bench, deadlift, squat? Help us help you bud.

I know what I need to do there and it is just a matter of forcing enough clean food down my throat throughout the day. Not a problem, just need to suck it up and do it. I supplement with high quality protein powder as well as the other basics...multi, fish oil, creatine and bcaa's. I am 6'1", 220lbs., bench around 315 (haven't maxed in a while but I am pretty sure that is where I would end up...bench has never been my strong point), shoulder press 225, squat around 400 (haven't maxed there in a while either but usually do 3 sets of 10 with 315). I don't do deads. I know they are a great excercise for overall strength but they kill my lower back and basically I am just scared to keep trying them. I probably just need someone who really knows what they are doing to watch me and tell me if I am doing something wrong. I think I will just stick to Test E for the first run...HCG during the cycle and Nolva for PCT. Any input is appreciated. |

deadlifts do take a while to master bro, lol! shit the way u are with deads is how i am with squats. with horrible ankles and knees from football my flexibility is lousy. if u cant do deads just do bent over barbell rows at around 60 degree angle(more parallel, thus involving more middle and lower back.). as for the cycle, yeah that sounds about right. i ran test at 500mg first cycle and added in oral superdrol. i think ur stats are fine for ur first run, but u needc to get that diet squared away. start eating more fruits during the day to spike insulin such as bananas and oranges. the insulin spike will help u eat more
