I am really frustrated by this,I know I can push more weight but the pain on the inside of my elbows are killing me.I put this in this thread because I know it is from the test enanthate. What do you guys do for this, just some over the counter anti inflammatorys?Should I just take these a couple hours before I go to the gym. This is the first time I have had this and have done many cycles before. All info would be appreciated!

Depending on how bad it is, I usually tend to work through it...that being said, if its really bad, take a week or so off and get ahold of some fish oil/flaxseed oil/glucosamine and take that with some advil or anti-inflammatories if you can get some from a Doc. I've gotten it both on and off test, but you probably know your own body best to attribute it to the TE.

I was getting it in both elbows. Usually when it is cold(winter) it gets bad. My knees too.
I noticed when I don't take my GH it's not as bad. Also I got some elbow forearm wraps and use those anytime I do chest shoulders or tri. Its helped alot. |

I am going to try some Aleve for this, like I said this is the first time I have had this. The pain is on the inside of the elbows and it is a mother to push heavy weight.I will find a way to correct this,I am not going to let screw up my workouts.I am open to try anything.

I have the same this it got so bad it hurt to open a car door. I found a chiropractor that did "active release" & untrasound, 5 treatments and I have been good to go for a month now. Stretching and ice helps after workout. Almost forgot I also take 200mg Deca a week for the joints

I had tennis elbow on the outside of the elbow and had to get corizone shots to make it go away. I had a chiro that also did some accupuncture that helped some.

This has been a problem for myself and the ole man in the past. he is using the 300mg deca wk routine and it works for him. I use the flax, fish, borage tabs and glucosamine. Although I do use the laeve and ibuprofen at 600mg a day when the shit starts. Usually helps to some degree. I do agree that taking some time off when it first arises is the best medicine to start. Just my 2 cents worth.
