Today was my favorite kind of day at the gym. No time limit and no schedule to keep so I just went through my entire lower body routine. Normally I split into Quads/calves and hit hams and glutes another day. Today I did them all and loved every f-ing second of it!!
Calves: 1. Standing smith calf presses, 4 sets 200lbs per set 2. Seated calf presses, 3 sets 135lbs per set 3. Calf presses on leg press, 3 sets 360lbs Hams/Glutes 1. Sigle leg press off heel, 3 sets 90lbs/seated ham curl, 3 sets 150lbs. 2. Walking lunges, 3 sets 5lbs. per hand/wide DB squat, 3 sets 90lbs Quads 1. Leg extension, 3 sets 160lbs 2. Inverted Leg Press, 5 sets close stance 560lbs. I know it's alot on one day but I was feeling awesome, I had no time restrictions, and I am finally feeling the light test-450mg. per week. Train hard and smart. Peace and good health to you all!! Pain heals, chicks dig scars, glory lasts forever!!! |

Normally I don't train all those areas of the lower body in one day, but I was feeling GOOD!!! Also had a killer chest/tri workout today and feeling great about that one to. Keep training hard brothers, and don't forget to enjoy your time in the gym, it's some of hte best time we're ever going to spend!!
Peace and good health to you all |
