Typically each year my workout changes in January and February only in that I have to wait longer for the damn machines/benches due to all the schmoes who are only there because of their resolutions. Then by about March they all die off or cease to exist (maybe they just quit coming... I don't know, that seems to foreign to me) and I can work out again in a timely fashion.
