Yup, I've been dieting since January 1rst getting ready for my show. I'm in the 219 mark and I'm still dieting pretty well. I got down to like 205 a few weeks before my show until they canceled it. I was gonna do another in August but you know what? I'm fucking burnt out and tired. I'm currently running 1g of test, 600mg EQ, and 300mg Deca. I've decided to fuck it and bulk nasty get up to maybe 250lbs+ again and be big, bloated, and happy til I find a show that WORTH dieting down for and at least I know I did it before I can do it again in probably 1/2 the time since I know wtf I was doing this time.
I'll probably diet down again later but for right now I think I'm just gonna get fucking sick huge and try to pack as much muscle as I can and when I need to go down I know how to do it. What do you all think? Obviously I'm not gonna look sloppy but I'm not gonna look at particularly shaped as I am at the moment. |

I love to bulk, it means eating alot...lol
Its possible to get to 250 and stil be lean and cut up like you are now, it just takes some work. May need to put on 50 lbs then drop 10 of it on a cutter to get there.

Huge,
I think you should post some before and after pics.....it would be interesting since most people post before pics during a bulking cycle and after pics after a cutting cycle. you could do just the opposite.

Go for it bro !!! I'm gonna do the same thing after my show. I think I'm gonna take a solid two years to just get big. You get to go back for sixths, you get to buy bigger waists in jeans, you just get to be a hoss for a while.
At this point though, I would tell you to consider doing your show in August. I don't know how hard it is for you to lean out, but if you can just relax for 2-3 weeks, don't eat horrible but don't eat clean, just take a little break from the contest prep. That might give you the "second wind" you need to get back into the swing of things. Just saying consider the option before you close that door if you're on track for it now. |

Thanks for the kind words big Tig. Rx, same goes for you as it might seem as I've lost motivated or what not. I really havn't. I've just changed direction at the moment.
I think I'm gonna pack way more size and get fucking huge again. huge, my man... you're looking what I looked like back in Oct-Dec. I'm jealous of you right now. I was fucking a house. Right now...sure I look nice and leaned out but I think it's time I take a break from all that. I just finished eating pizza and my girl just baked me a cake. HA, I think I deserve. ![]() That with a shot of deca for today. OOHHH WEE! |
