which product do you use and when? how many grams of it? and what do you think of it?

I use EvoLabs Glucevol from time to time and notice better recovery when i take 1 serving post workout with my Nectar protein.

I take 60 grams of Waxy Maize from true protein pwo with a scoop and half of this mix
Hydrolyzed Casein 25%
PeptoPro (Hydrolyzed Caseinate) 40%
Hydrolyzed Whey Protein High Grade 20%
L-Leucine by the Pound 5%
Branch Chain Amino Acids INSTANTIZED (BCAA's) 10%
with a scoop of synthesize

Since Im cutting, I take 1 serving in the morning & continue to sip on it through out my workout in the morning. I also take 5g of Creatine E, 5g of L-Leucine & 5g of Taurine. If I was bulking, I would take 2 servings of WM.

I use waxy maize from trueprotein.com and IDS. I like the IDS better because it comes in grape and mixes with all my other pwo ingredients well.

the Evo Labs Glucevol has come down in price ALOT recently....might even be a better buy than the IDS Waximaize and its a finer powder which mixes better (flavored too)

they have a fruit punch thats new....and the old lemonade flavor

for all those who have tried it, granted it is much more expensive and the owner is in a little bit of bad spot. I've never seen guys or myslef rave over a waxy maize like Vitargo

Can I just ask...what does this do for you? I've read, better pumps, pulls subcutaneous water from under the skin increasing blood volume, etc. I'm new to the waxy maize stuff and am curious what you're getting from it.

Kosmo, its a simple fast burning carb source, which is essential for mass and recovery. Take it right after your workout. Its something that I would not train without. Of course there are other sources, but waxy maiize is easy to mix, and has all the carbs you'll need.
