I am looking at mixing up my routine,I have been training like this:
day 1 chest and bis day 2 quads and hams rest day 3 shoulders and tris day 4 back and traps I hit calves twice a week I was thinking of going to a 5 day routine so I can work quada by themselves then training hams on a different day. I was just curious of what some you are doing???? |

Merck,
I encourage you to split up your legs on different days. You might want to try this: MONDAY: QUADS TUESDAY: CHEST AND CALVES WEDNESDAY: BACK THURSDAY: HAMSTRINGS AND SHOULDERS FRIDAY: ARMS I know personally that Dexter Jackson follows this split, and a lot of pros split up their legs. Analyze your weak points and strong points, and try it out. When I do an ordinary training split (doing DC training right now), I follow something like this. |

Hey no problem.
The difference will be night and day when you hit your hams fresh rather than after quads. |
