if you are going to try and gain another ten pounds in the next 12 weeks, I wouldn't worry too much about how clean your diet is, get your basics in you and eat as much as you possibly can. at your age, it is possible, but I would just go for broke, especially if your really comitted to the six mos break which I would agree with at your age. You are gonna want as much base weight as you can get that way you can chisel down to the good stuff.. great start, you'll be a beast at 210...

You gotta put on the size then get lean bro... But I do believe what you are saying w/ how people just let loose and eat an ungodly amount. What is the point if your body can not use it?
