Is alflutop water based....? any one have any idea?

I'm pretty sure that it is water based although I have no proof of that. I have used adequan in the past which is a similar product but veterenary grad instead of human grade. Adequan is H2O based with some BA for preservation and sterility. I woud guess that Alflutop is very similar.
