I personally walk for 30-45 min if I am cutting or if I am bulking & fat begins to get out of control. At the most I will do a very lite jog at a walking pace...

i run on the track at a local highschool. i cant stand running in place on the tred mill jusdt not the same..

I do cardio after every work out except for leg day! Stairmaster or the seated bike,I ran for 4 years in the Army if I go anywhere I am walking!

whem i'm doing cardio it's usually 4-6 days a week 30 minutes post workout

If and when I do cardio I mix it up.
I either do long slow bouts of cardio like brisk walking for an hour or Intense Interval Training 30-45 seconds hard and fast followed with 1-2 minutes of slow and steady. I like the treadmill, versa climber if I had one, rowing machine, and stairmaster. Bikes are a waist of time if your 100% healthy. You dont burn near as many calories IMO. When I diet down I try and get 2-4 sessions a week...when not dieting I may get one session in a week...but thats it. |

I do cardio on an emty stomach on non lifting days (EOD) I normally just do the stair stepper for 30 min.
